Coach Christie has a wealth of teaching, mentoring, and real estate investing knowledge. A Yale Law attorney by trade, she was an award-winning attorney, business law professor, and student mentor for over a decade before becoming a full-time real estate investor and REI mentor and coach. Coach Christie began flipping houses in 2014 and has completed hundreds of her own real estate transactions on her own properties, transformed hundreds of spaces as a designer, and served as mentor, designer, and/or contractor on many projects for others

Coach Christie is owner of Stancil Investments, a real estate fix and flip company, and of the Couture suite of real estate operations, including Couture Construction & Design, Couture Property Solutions (a wholesaling arm), and of course Couture REI Academy. Coach Christie’s mentees have gained the skills, confidence, and connections needed to flip houses, acquire rentals, branch out into commercial real estate leasing, and even establish their own full-time real estate flipping and residential construction outfit. Coach Christie is a Christian entrepreneur who’s passionate about real estate and helping others succeed in their REI goals, gain time freedom, and take financial control through the power of REI.
